I have recently signed up at LP and have been blown away by this community. Every session has high vibes, everyone works so hard, the trainers are so supportive and push me to train to my full capability. I have also signed up for the 6 week challenge. The amount of support that I’ve received since starting has been incredible. From nutrition, trainer support and extra activities. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!
Lifestyle Performance’s mission has been accomplished - it truly is the most positive part & start to my day! From the moment you walk through those doors you are welcomed and part of a wonderful Lifestyle community from the team of awesome coaches to members alike!! Everyone has their own journey & goals and I cannot thank the team enough for all your support, encouragement & coaching throughout the time I have been training with you guys!!
What can I say?! Words aren’t enough to describe how amazing Lifestyle Performance is. It’s not just a gym, it’s a community. The coaches and members are so welcoming, it really does feel like one big family. I love that my kids can come along too and even join in on a workout. The coaches are a world of knowledge and so lovely, ensuring they push you that little bit harder whilst maintaining good form. This lifestyle really was the change I needed after always training in commercial gyms. I lost my love for the gym, how that has changed. Could not recommend high enough.
